摘要

This study highlights how firms have developed an interactive mode of organizational learning through their participation in the OF event. Our research found that organizational learning occurs as a reaction to an external stimulus when companies have to interact with stakeholders inside and outside their organizational boundaries. Therefore, participating in OF - especially thanks to the whole assortment of reflection, sense-making, interaction, and inquiry it brings together inside the company prior to the event-day itself - is a new and very effective way of developing today's much-needed interactive mode of organizational learning.
