摘要

A one-day equine program is clearly not a solution to historic challenges of inequities present in the world. The intention was to share this experience as a way to encourage colleagues everywhere to further push the learning envelope and disrupt patterned behaviors in generative ways, to find new ways to engage, and to connect across differences. Rianna, a woman of color, later attended a tense meeting about promotions and saw the group dynamic with new eyes - and as an opportunity for bringing her leadership and vulnerability forward.
