The North Europe brachytherapy user meeting organized by Elekta was held on October10-11, 2019 in London, UK. More than 80 radiation and clinical oncologists, medical physicists,and radiotherapy technologists from the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany attended this meeting. Nineteen brachytherapy users from the UK, Irelandand Germany shared their experience in gynecological, prostate, skin, liver, and esophagealbrachytherapy. The user meeting included a practical workshop, where users were given the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience with both treatment planning software and applicators.
