When Metin Kozak asked me to write a tribute to Arch, I quickly accepted the opportunityto publicly acknowledge a colleague who has had such a profound impact on my life bothprofessionally and personally. Once I accepted, I quickly realized how little I knew of hislife story, for you see Arch is one of the most outwardly focused people I know. He isalways looking ahead to his next project or demonstrating a willingness to help others,finding little need to seek praise or focus on his own life.
