With the rapid development of' social economy and the adjustment of agricultural structure in China, the growth rate of consumption of meat and vegetables has increased quickly, the rate is from 10% to 20%. In the 21st century, the cold chain logistics as a new form of appearing in China, but lacking of a effective logistics system resulting in the high logistics costs. This paper analyzes the requirements for cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products,, taking the factors of the cost of cold chain logistics distribution, Finally, we have built the model with the lowest total cost objective, optimized a case study by the saving mileage method and got the optimized route. That could reduce the cost of cold chain logistics distribution.
