References(4) The spectral responsivity measurement of radiation detectors by using optical fiber bundle beamsplitters is carried out. In this measurement, the optical fiber beamsplitter is set between a monochromator exit slit and two (standard and test) detectors. The bundle devides exit monochromatic radiation flux into two beams for standard and test detectors and also improves irradiance uniformity. The spectral responsivities of several Si photodiodes are measured by two different types of optical fiber bundle beamspliters and are compared with those by a conventional precise replacement method (replacement method). The results are as follows; (1) There is no essential difference between the results of our method and replacement one. (2) On our method, the standard and test detectores are measured at the same time (synchronous comparison method), so the intensity stability of a radiation source becomes less important. (3) The measurement period by use of the optical fiber beamsplitter becomes less half of that of replacement method. (4) The results of measurements are not influenced by the types of fiber bundles which have considerably different material, dimension and the number of single element fiber in our case.
