An Economic Study of The Egyptian Agricultural workers

The study has indicated that the most effective factors of the supply and demand of the Egyptian agricultural workers- as shown in the study- are represented in the demand of the agricultural workers; agricultural investments in the case of demand on the workers. However, the agricultural production value existed in the case of the supply of agricultural workers. Finally the study of the market balance of the agricultural workers shows the wage balance is less than the actual wage by about L.E. 304.9 monthly. This indicates that the agricultural working market lacks the required agricultural workers. That is, the agricultural workers are characterized by scarcity. The most important recommendations of the study are the necessity to develop the Egyptian agricultural sector through changing some of the agricultural policies which contribute to attract several Arab and foreign investments that leads in turn to lessen the size of agricultural unemployment.
