摘要

An innovative graphene (r GO) / polypyrrole (PPy) / waterborne epoxy resin (WEP) was prepared using r GO/PPy and WEP as fillers and film forming material, respectively. The modified in situ polymerization method was applied to prepare rGO/PPy. Corrosion inhibition properties of polypyrrole/graphene coatings is studied. The result show that compared with graphite / WEP and pure WEP, owing to the well-dispersion of polypyr- role/graphene in the matrix, the composites coatings performed outstanding corrosion resistance at the additive amount of only 0.5% and it is regulated. Good corrosion inhibition properties of polypyr- role/graphene coatings is present. This work provides a new way to enhance anticorrosive ability of waterborne epoxy resin, and it also gives a noteworthy strategy for development of polypyrrole application.
