LEVANTAMENTO DAS AMOSTRAS RECEBIDAS PELO CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO FITOSSANITáRIO (C.A.F.) EM ESPíRITO SANTO DO PINHAL/SP NO BIêNIO DE 2012-2013

SURVEY OF SAMPLES RECEIVED FOR ANALYSIS AT PHYTOSSANITARY ATENDIMENT CENTER OF (C.A.F.) AT ESPíRITO SANTO DO PINHAL - SP DURING THE YEARS 2012 AND 2013.In order to continue the diagnosis work and show it importance on helping the farmers, the University Regional Center at Espírito Santo do Pinhal – SP, through the course of agronomic engineering, conducted a quantitative survey of plant materials received for analysis during the biennium of 2012 and 2013.The biennium 2012 and 2013, was calculated a total of 69 samples by C.A.F.I. For nematoide analyses the hosts who showed greater mention in plant diagnosis were coffe, rose, tomato, soil/root for nematode analysis, potatoes, zucchini, beets and orchid. The vast majority of these materials were sent by students and farmers of municipalities of Espírito Santo do Pinhal – SP, S?o Jo?o da Boa Vista – SP and Andradas – MG. Xanthomonas, among bacteria, Meloidogyne and Helicotylenchus among the nematode and Fusarium and Alternaria among fungi were the most frequent genera associated.
