Professor Peter Vink from the Applied Ergonomics and Design Department (IDE) has received a piece of aircraft fuselage from Norwegian Air. If passengers are not able to find a space in the overhead lockers quickly, queues form in the aisle, and the aircraft remains grounded for too long.
