NorthStar Aviation is looking to build on its success supplying armed Bell 407 Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) to the UAE by extending its weapon and mission system modifications to the twin-engine 429 model. Terry Key, senior VP and chief pilot, told DH the armed 429MRH design was 'pretty much done', as it was a case of taking the mission package off the existing 407MRH and fitting it to the 429. 'We are taking combat-proven equipment and just moving It over,' said Key.
