Competing at the larger end of the milling-machine market, with four models from the 48-inch-cut-width RX-400 to the 150-inch RX-900, Roadtec cold planers feature a bi-directional milling capability for pulverizing applications and leveraging emulsions packages available for each model. Improvements to the cutter drumrnarea include redesigning the drum lacing for improved pattern on the milted surface and a more balanced tooth impact, and redesigning the end ring configuration to improve matchrncutting and increase tool life.
