The patented Multi-DigNRip Bucket can replace hammers, blasting, and rock trenchers in high-production rip and load applications where a wider, higher capacity rock ripping bucket is required. The bucket is a combination of the Multi-Ripper Bucket using SHARC (SHanks-on-an-ARC) technology, and the high capacity of the DigNRip Bucket. Six high-strength ripping teeth, three on the front and three on the back, rip the rock one tooth at a time so that when the bucket is rolled, the result is similar to that of a trencher, the company says. The bucket is high capacity for a rock bucket due to the placement of the teeth, and has forces that evenly go from one tooth to the next. The back of the bucket is shaped to conform to the arc of the rippers helping to prevent premature bottom wear.
