SELECTION OF OUTPUT OF SYSTEM PRODUCING MINERAL FERTILIZERS AS A FUNCTION OF QUALITY OF INITIAL FEEDSTOCK

A procedure is proposed for analysis of a system for production of mineral fertilizers, which includes two stages of acid ammonization in fast and tub reactors with subsequent drying and granulation in a rotating drum. The concentration of initial acid that ensures the technologically required content of water and ammonia in the spent drying agent is selected on the basis of analysis.
