High efficiency bale press for CV and PET fiber bales

摘要

Together with 3 market-leading fiber producers, Autefa Solutions GmbH, Friedberg/Ger-many, has developed a new generation of bale presses. The Nonstop-Ultra bale press fulfils all requirements regarding capacity and quality for the production of polyester and viscose staple fibers. The considerable decreases in personnel costs as well as the high availability of the installation and the short period of amortization are the characteristics of the new line. The Nonstop-Ultra can be operated manually with up to 35 bales/h. In combination with the wrapping machine AD-Wrap the installation produces 60 bales/h.
