The Pious Predator State: The New Regime in Turkey

摘要

The transformation of life in Turkey from a secular democracy has been radical. The author argues it now has a full-fledged authoritarian Islamic ideology. And despite claims otherwise, it is not a neoliberal small government economic philosophy. Government's role is only growing. The economic results have been poor.
