The mechanism of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is still unclear, although some genes have been found to play a role in the transformation of liver cells, and a variety of studies have described differences in gene expression which distinguished tumor from nontumor~[1-6]. The new genes, especially the functional genes directly related with tumor are still worth being found. The purpose of our study is to find the different genes Between human liver tumor and normal tissues using Suppression subtractive hybridization.
