When you go to the flying field for the day, you usually bring a few extra battery packs. If you're attending an out-of-town event, then more than likely you'll also be bringing your charger. When you're a the field, getting ready for your next flight is not the time to try and figure out which packs are fully changed and which have already been depleted. I bring a few simple clothespins with me and attach them to my fully charged packs and then when I install them in my plane, I remove them. Simple and quick! I once lost a contest because I grabbed a used pack and tried to get another flight out of it.
