CENTERING THE CONTROLS

When setting up your programmable transmitter, don't use subtrims to center the servos. The factory-installed wire pushrods have "U" bends for fine-tuning the lengths. Use a small-tipped pair of pliers to squeeze or spread the U section to make control surface adjustments. After a test flight, the regular trim function is more than adequate to fine-tune the plane. The ultra-micro linear servos used in the Stryker 180 are calibrated to reach maximum travel using only 100% servo travel adjustment. Increasing the travel values above 100% won't increase travel amounts but can cause the servos to lock up and may cause in a crash.
