Kongsberg Upgrading NASAMS II

Kongsberg has signed a contract worth $5.4 million to deliver an upgrade to the Royal Norwegian Air Force NASAMS II air defence system. NASAMS is produced by Kongsberg and Raytheon. The upgrade will be completed within a timeframe of three years. The contract comprises upgrading of existing missile launchers with new electronics and software for increased performance and lifetime extension.
