Ziehl-Abegg Opens Technology Center

Ziehl-Abegg has opened a new 5000 m~2 (54,000 ft~2) technology center here that combines advanced air movement and noise testing operations with a laboratory for the development of new products. More than 100 engineers are working in the In Vent Technology Centre that officially opened May 30. The company makes fans for ventilation and air conditioning and related control technology. The company also recently added assembly, test and balance operations to its distribution center in Greensboro, N.C.
