A creative maestro afforded genius status, or a lowly member of the 'supply chain', simply following orders?In today's eclectic world, the answer is both - oh, and everything in between. So, it is unsurprising that there is no right or wrong way to lead an architectural practice. Some highly successful firms have strong figureheads, some a balanced leadership team and, increasingly, others have no figureheads at all.
