Do I think about retirement at my age? Sure I do, but you might be surprised about why it's on my mind at this point in my career. Growing up, I always heard my grandparents refer to their retirement as the "Golden Years." When I think of that term these days, I can hear David Bowie singing in the background of the late Heath Ledger's action-adventure/comedy movie "A Knights Tale." But according to a colleague, there is a new term to describe the exodus of water professionals into those golden years-"the Silver Tsunami."
