We have looked at the Veterans' Benefits Administration in the last two issues. Now we will turn our attention to the health care side of VA's house, the Veterans Health Administration, or VHA. Before I put pen to paper, or hands on the keyboard, a little bit of research was necessary. Surfing the internet brought up some interesting points concerning VA health care, both positive and negative, that we will look at. Before we get down into the weeds, I thought it appropriate to look at some of the myths and legends surrounding VA health care. I wanted an answer to the question, "Where do they come from?" The following is what I discovered.
