In conjunction with our new title and format, this month's issue marks the first time that we're expanding the ever popular 'Factory Fresh' feature into a full-size article, but the special aircraft shown on the cover of this magazine deserves nothing less. Perhaps the most unique large airplane ever flown in the 1950s, Convair's Mach 2 B-58 Hustler represented the epitome of high-performance aircraft design of that era.
