水分胁迫对油茶容器苗生理特性及成活率的影响

         

摘要

The experiment of seedling cultivation was conducted, the resistance value of root, stem, leaf and medium and water contents in leaf and medium under dehydration degree were determined to provide theoretical references for the water scientific management of C. Oleifera seedling. The results showed that the resistance value of leaf showed a decreasing trend under 0%-30% of dehydrated degree, and the values of root and stem showed the same trend under 0%-25% of dehydrated degree. On the contrary, the resistance value was increased, especially when dehydration degree was above 60%, the value raised rapidly. When dehydration degree was below 50%, the resistance value of medium was increased slowly, oppositely, the value rised rapidly. Water content was increased from 60.3% to 73.3% when the dehydration degree was 0%-30%, while dehydration degree was 31%-70%, water content was decreased from 73.3% to 30.3 %. The water content in medium reached 220% when dehydration degree was 0%. However, water content was only 10% when dehydration degree was 70%. When dehydration degree was 0%-15%, 16%-30%, 31%-45%, 46%-60% and 61%-75%, the survival rate was 100%, 92%, 75%, 25% and 0% respectively.%为给油茶容器苗水分的科学管理提供理论依据,在不同失水程度下对油茶容器苗进行了根、茎、叶和基质电阻值以及叶和基质含水量的测定.结果表明:在失水程度0%~30%条件下叶片电阻值呈下降趋势,在失水程度0%~25%的条件下根和茎的电阻值呈下降趋势;当叶片失水程度在30%以上、根和茎在25%以上时电阻值呈上升趋势,尤其在失水程度60%以上时,电阻值上升趋势加快.容器基质电阻值在失水程度50%以下时缓慢增加;当失水程度超过50%时开始陡增.当失水程度在0%~30%时,茎叶含水量从60.3%上升到73.3%;当失水程度在31%~70%时,从73.3%下降到30.3%.容器基质在水分饱和的情况下,含水量高达220%;而当失水程度为70%时,含水量仅为10%.油茶容器苗在失水程度保持在0%~15%、16%~30%、31%~45%、46%~60%和61%~75%时,苗木成活率分别为100%、92%、75%、25%和0%.
