油茶轻基质容器育苗试验

         

摘要

为提高油茶苗造林成活率,缩短育苗周期,降低苗木运输成本,以郴2-9号油茶无性系芽苗嫁接苗为材料,采用不同的轻基质配方进行容器育苗试验.结果表明:郴2-9号油茶无性系芽苗嫁接苗在不同的轻基质配方容器中高生长和地径生长差异极显著,用(珍珠岩30%+泥炭土70%)或(锯木屑30%+泥炭土70%)做基质时,苗木高生长平均达9.5 cm以上,地径平均达1.9 mm,生长势明显强于其它基质的苗木;苗木保存率差异显著,用(珍珠岩30%+泥炭土70%)或(锯木屑30%+泥炭土70%)做基质时,苗木保存率分别达91.2%、91.7%,明显高于其它基质培育的苗木.%In order to improve survival rate of forestation in Camellia oleifera, shorten breeding cycle, and reduce transportation costs of seedlings, container nursery test of C. Oleifera in light media was carried out by different medium formulations, taking grafted seedlings in Chen No. 2-9 Camellia clones as materials. The results showed that the height and ground diameter increments of grafted seedlings in different light media container were significantly different. The average seedling height increment could reach 9.5 cm or more, the average of ground diameter was 1.9 mm, taking 30% perlite + 70% peat or 30% sawdust + 70% peat as medium, the growth vigor of seedlings in the medium was significant stronger than that in the other media. The survival rate of seedlings was significantly different. Taking 30% perlite+ 70% peat or 30% sawdust + 70% peat as medium, the preservation rate of seedlings were 91.2% and 91.7%, and them were significantly higher than those in the other media.
