为了探讨辐射对黑莓植株的诱变作用,为黑莓育种提供依据,以Boysen品种的组培苗为材料,进行了5个60Co-γ辐照剂量的试验,研究60Co-γ对黑莓组培苗的诱变效应,确定半致死剂量.结果表明,60 Co-γ辐照对黑莓组培苗有显著影响,其存活率、株高、增殖倍数、生根率以及叶绿素含量与辐照剂量之间均表现极显著的负相关性,得出了存活率与辐照剂量间的回归方程,确定组培苗辐照的半致死剂量为80.88 GY.%In order to study the mutagenic effects of radiation on tissue culture seedling in blackberry, and offer a ba sis for breeding, taking the tissue culture seedling of Boysen as materials, tissue culture seedlings were irradiated by 5 levels of doses of 60Co-γ rays, the mutagenic effects of 60Co-γ rays on tissue culture seedlings were researched, and the medial lethal dose was determined. The results indicated that all treatments had significant effects on growth and development of tissue culture seedlings in blackberry, and there were significant negative correlations between radiation dose and survival rate, plant height, proliferation times, rooting rate and chlorophyll content, re gression equation between survival rate and radiation dose was got, and the medial lethal dose of 60Co-γ on black berry was 80. 88 GY.
