一种茶皂素洗洁产品的研制

摘要

In order to promote comprehensive developmentand utilization ofCamellia oleifera seedresources, taking C. oleiferasaponinasrawmaterial, effects ofaddingamount of C. oleifera saponin, ethoxylatedalkyl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoylglycosidesandglycosides cocoamido propyl betaine on detergency of C. oleifera saponin cleaning productswere studied, the optimalformula of saponin cleaning productswas determined,and some propertyindexes of the cleaning productmade by the optimalformulawere determined,including pHvalue, stability, viscosity,and so on. Theresults showed that the surfaceactivityagent content of the cleaning productwas 16.8%, 1.8% higher than the national standard; pHvalue of the productwas between 6 to 7 (neutral),anditwas nonirritant to the skin; the product hadgood stabilityandmoderateviscosity; detergencywasabout 30% higher than the detergent soldin market; the cleaning product had the characters ofquicklyrinsing, strongand stablefoaming power, non-toxic to humans, andfriendly to environment.%为了促进茶籽粕资源的综合开发与利用,以茶皂素为原料,研究了茶皂素、乙氧基化烷基硫酸纳、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油基葡糖苷和苷椰油酰丙基甜菜碱的加入量对茶皂素洗洁产品去污力的影响情况,确定了茶皂素洗洁产品的最佳配方,并对按最佳配方制备的茶皂素洗洁产品的pH值、稳定性、粘度、总活性物含量等性能指标进行了测定.结果表明:该洗洁产品的表面活性剂含量为16.8%,比国家标准高出1.8%;其pH值在6到7之间(呈中性),对皮肤没有刺激性;其稳定性能优良,粘度适中;其去污力比市售洗洁精高30%左右.该洗洁产品具有冲洗快捷、起泡力强、泡沫稳定而对人体无毒、对环境友好等特点.
