不同区域小气候环境因子对牡丹光合生理的影响

         

摘要

In order to study effects of different environment factors on photosynthesis of Paeonia suffruticosa under different microclimate environments,to select suitable environment conditions for P.suffruticosa growth,and provide some references for construction planning and planting and arrangement plants,using P.suffruticosa as research objects, three sample plots at the front and back of construction and in the shade were set, the sample plot in the sun was used as CK, differences of soil environment and atmospheric environment in different sample pots were analyzed, and differences of photosynthetic physiological indexes of P.suffruticosa among different microclimate environments.The results show that,P.suffruticosa in the suny sample plot had stronger photosynthetic energy.Nutrient and water contents in the sample plot soil at the front of construction were lower, and both atmospheric temperature and CO2concentration were higher than those in the sunny sample plot,and P.suffruticosa in the sample plot had the highest net photosynthetic rate and the strongest photosynthesis. The shade sample plot had the weakest light intensity, the highest water content in soil, relative lower temperature and high air humidity,and P.suffruticosa in the sample plot had less stomatal number,low stomatal conductance,low tranpiration rate and weaker photophysis.The photosynthetic indexes in P.suffruticosa at the back of construction were similar with those at the shade sample plot.%为了研究不同区域小气候环境下不同的环境因子对牡丹光合作用的影响情况,从而筛选出适于牡丹生长的环境条件,为建筑设施规划与其中的植物种植与配置提供参考依据,以牡丹为研究对象,设置了建筑楼前、楼后和树荫下的样地3个,以阳光下的样地为对照样地,分析了不同样地内土壤环境与大气环境的差异性,研究了不同小气候环境中牡丹各光合生理指标间的差异性.结果表明:在阳光下的样地内,牡丹具有较强的光合能力;而建筑楼前的样地其土壤养分及含水量均较低,其大气温度、CO2浓度均高于阳光下的样地,该样地内的牡丹其净光合速率最高,其光合作用最强;树荫下的样地其光照强度最弱,而土壤含水量较高,温度相对较低,空气湿度高,牡丹叶片气孔数目较少,气孔导度低,蒸腾速率低,牡丹的光合作用较弱;建筑楼后样地内的牡丹对各光合指标的响应与树荫下牡丹的反应相似.
