为了提高桃果实的外在和内在品质及商品价值,对水蜜桃生产中常用的各种果袋进行了筛选试验.以'新凤蜜露'水蜜桃为材料,研究了9种纸袋(2种单层白袋、3种单层黄袋,1种复合袋,3种双层袋)对果实品质的影响情况.结果表明:(1)袋内透光率与纸袋的颜色、质地和层数有关,其透光率大小依次为白袋>黄袋>黑袋,单层袋>双层袋;(2)果袋的透光率与果实着色和可溶性固形物含量成显著正相关,透光率太高或太低均不利于提高果实品质;(3)大部分类型果袋处理降低了果实的可溶性固形物含量,单果重和果肉硬度,但是差异未到达显著性.综合比较,小林袋较适合上海地区'新凤蜜露'水蜜桃套袋使用.%In order to improve external and internal quality and commodity value of peach fruit, various kinds of fruit bags used in production of honey peach were screened. Effects of 9 types of bags (including 2 single-layer white bag, 3 single-layer yellow bag, 1 composite bag, 3 double-layer bag) on fruit quality of 'Xinfengmilu' honey peach were explored.The results show that:(1)Transmittance of fruit bag was influenced by color,texture and layers,and the order based on transmittance from high to low was white bag>yellow bag>black bag, or single-layer bag>double-layer bag;(2)Transmittance of fruit bag was significantly positively correlated with fruit coloration and soluble solids content, and both too high and too low transmittance were not good for enhancing fruit quality; (3) the majority bagging treatments reduced soluble solids content in fruit,single fruit mass and pulp firmness,and the differences were not significant.By comprehensive comparision, Kobayashi bag was suitable for 'Xinfengmilu' honey peach in Shanghai areas.
