风电机组电气滑环接触不良问题的解决方案

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of communication interrupt between the main control system and variable pitch system caused by loose contact of electrical slipping ring in wind turbines, the MCU and wireless communication technology is applied to the communication between the main control system and variable pitch system. In order to make the signal achieving wireless real-time transmission between the main control system and variable pitch system, the relationship between the MCU, the main control system and the variable pitch system have been established, and the application of MCU and the wireless communication module to form the communication device that can emit and receive the short distance wireless, real-time receive data from the master or variable pitch system and wireless transmit is proposed. e performance was evaluated based on the theory that wireless communication device can transmit data automatically. rough the analysis and validation, the results show that the system can realize the wireless transmission of data between the main control system and variable pitch system, and have great signi cance to the change of wind turbine internal communication mode.%  为了解决风电机组电气滑环接触不良而造成主控系统与变桨系统之间通信中断的问题,将单片机及无线通信技术应用到风力发电机主控与变桨之间的通信系统中。建立了单片机、主控系统及变桨系统之间的联系,提出了利用单片机及其无线通信模块组成超短距无线发射与接收的通信装置,实时接收来自主控或变桨系统的数据并实时的加以无线传输,以达到对主控与变桨系统之间的通信信号能进行无线实时传输的目的。在无线通信装置能自动传送数据的理论基础上,对其性能进行了评价。通过分析和验证,表明该系统能够实现对风力发电机组主控与变桨系统之间数据的无线传输,并对风力发电机组内部通信方式的变革有着重要的意义。
