Objective:To approach the effects of cinnamic aldehyde on the proliferation of human tongue can-cer Tca8113 cells in vitro. Method:Human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells were cultured in vitro and intervened by cinnamic aldehyde at the concentrations of 256, 128, 64, 32, 16, 8 ug/mL respectively, and the influence on morpho-logical features of the cells was observed with inverted phase contrast microscope and scanning electron microscope, the effects of cinnamic aldehyde on cellular proliferation were detected with MTT assays. Result: Cinnamic alde-hyde showed no effects on morphological features of Tca8113 cells at the concentrations of 16 and 8 ug/mL, it changed the morphology of Tca8113 cells in the concentrations of 128, 64 and 32 ug/mL. The drug in the concentra-tion of 8 ug/mL promoted cellular growth, and inhibited the growth in the concentrations of 256, 128, 64, 32 and 16 ug/mL, in concentration-dependent manner remarkably. Conclusion:Cinnamic aldehyde could affect the prolifera-tion of human tongue cancer Tca8113 cells in concentration-dependent manner, and it could promote the growth of the cells in low concentration.%目的:探讨中药桂皮醛对人舌癌Tca8113细胞株增殖的影响。方法:体外培养人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞,采用256,128,64,32,16,8μg/mL浓度的桂皮醛对其进行干预,用倒置相差显微镜及扫面电镜观察桂皮醛对细胞生长形态的影响,用细胞增殖检测法(MTT)检测桂皮醛对细胞增殖的影响。结果:16,8μg/mL组的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长形态无明显影响,128,64,32μg/mL组Tca8113细胞的生长形态发生改变。8μg/mL的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长有促进作用,256,128,64,32,16 ug/mL的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长有抑制作用,呈明显浓度依赖性。结论:桂皮醛对人舌癌Tca8113细胞的增殖有明显浓度依赖性,低浓度能促进其生长。
