内置式连续液-液萃取法对污泥厌氧消化液中挥发性脂肪酸的测定

摘要

6 kinds of VFAs could be purified by built-in continuous liquid-liquid extraction and determined by CC with internal standard analysis, which were produced during the course of anaerobic fermentation. The results show the recovery rates of acetic acid, propionic acid, iso-butyric acid, n-butyric acid, iso-valeric acid and valeric acid are 86.7 %, 93.8 %, 94.5 %, 96.2 %, 103 % and 107 %, respectively. High content of water -soluble impurity (inorganic salt) are removed by liquid-liquid extraction. The method has lower injury for CC system than direct analysis, and the method has the higher accuracy and precision.%采用内置式连续液-液萃取、气相色谱内标定量法同时测定厌氧消化液中6种主要VFAs,其中乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、正丁酸、异戊酸、正戊酸的加标回收率分别为86.7％、93.8％、94.5％、96.2％、103％和107％.样品经萃取后有效去除了无机盐杂质,减小了由直接进样造成的设备损伤,提高了检测数据的准确度和精密度.
