电控组合泵燃油喷射特性仿真与试验

摘要

利用GT-FUEL与Simulink的耦合仿真模型对自主开发的电控组合泵系统工作特性进行了仿真分析,并结合试验结果进行了对比研究.仿真和试验对比结果表明:利用耦合模型可以很好地分析运行参数对燃油系统喷油特性的影响,并为组合泵的开发和燃油系统控制策略设计提供指导性意见.%With the coupling simulation model of GT-FUEL and Simulink, the working performance of self-developed electronic control assembly pump was simulated and analyzed. The simulation and experimental results were compared. The results show that the coupling model can analyze the influence of operating parameters on fuel injection characteristics effectively and can bring the reference for the development of electronic control assembly pump and the design of fuel control strategy.
