燃料在线混合用电控喷油器PWM驱动方式的试验研究

         

摘要

利用混合燃料比例实时优化的燃料设计思想,提出了一种能够快速调节柴油-二甲醚混合比的在线混合方式,对该系统中的电控喷油器进行了PWM驱动方式试验和分析,试验表明,提高驱动电压可以提高该电控喷油器的响应速度,开启脉宽和PWM占空比决定了开启阶段和维持阶段电流的大小,并通过试验得到了适合该喷油器的理想驱动电流波形.应用该驱动电路进行了该喷油器的喷油试验,试验结果表明,该喷油器每循环喷油量基本上与控制脉宽呈线性关系,共轨压力、驱动电压和电控喷油器启喷压力对喷油量都有一定影响,同时共轨压力的波动随着控制脉宽的增大而增大.%Based on the design concept of fuel mixing ratio real-time optimization, an on-line mixing mode, which could fast adjust the proportion between diesel and dimethyl ether (DME), was put forward. The PWM driving mode of electronic-controlled injector for the on-line mixing was tested and analyzed. The result indicates that the increase of driving voltage can improve the injector response speed. The opening pulse width and PWM duty ratio determine the current magnitudes of opening and duration periods. Through the experiment, the optimal driving current waveform for the injector is acquired. In the injection experiment, the injection fuel quantity per cycle shows the linear relation with control pulse width. However, the injection fuel quantity is influenced by the common rail pressure, driving voltage and beginning injection pressure to some extent. Moreover, the fluctuation of common rail pressure becomes worse with the increase of control pulse width.
