For the engine cylinder liner scuffing, the starvation experiment of chrome-plated cylinder and sprayed molybdenum piston ring was designed. The anti-adhesion ability of friction pair was indicated with its duration between starved stable wear and scuffing. The results show that the friction force first rises and then stabilizes when it stops lubrication. When the abnormal adhesive wear occurs, the smooth friction force becomes wavy and increases rapidly. With the increase of load and temperature, the duration between starved stable wear and scuffing shortens rapidly and the adhesion liability increases. The plastic deformation becomes severe in the area of abnormal adhesive wear, the asperities flatten and the sprayed molybdenum coating adheres to the chrome-plated layer. With the continuation of slipping, the adhesive area extends rapidly.%针对发动机拉缸问题,以镀铬缸套喷钼活塞环为研究对象设计了贫油试验,以摩擦副在断油后稳定磨损至发生拉缸的持续时间表征摩擦副抗黏着能力.试验结果表明:断油后摩擦力先上升后稳定,当摩擦副发生异常黏着磨损时,平稳的摩擦力信号呈现波浪状且力值急速增大;随着载荷增大、温度升高,断油后摩擦副发生拉缸的时间迅速缩短,黏着倾向增大;摩擦副表面异常黏着磨损区域塑性变形严重,微凸体被碾平,喷钼层材料黏附在镀铬层上,随着滑动的进行,黏着区域迅速扩展.
