高压共轨系统分油器的设计

摘要

为了满足某发动机高压共轨系统的要求，设计了一种高压共轨分油器，通过仿真计算确定了该分油器的容积，并根据其安装要求及系统特点对分油器进行了结构设计。试验结果表明，该分油器可靠性高，安装方便，能够满足发动机对性能和安装的要求。%In order to meet the requirement of a common rail system ,a fuel separator was designed .The volume of separator was determined through the simulation and calculation .According to the assembly request and system characteristic ,its struc-tural design was carried out .The result shows that the fuel separator is reliable and convenient and can meet the requirement of engine performance and assembly .
