By using of new technologies to upgrade and modify existing equipment in selected, has become one of the important ways of the development of equipment. The thesis studied the issues of evaluation of existing equipment modification capability, discussed the factors that have impacts on the equipment modification, build the evaluation index system, established evaluation model by using of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. At last, the paper gave the example of application analysis to verify that the model was reasonable.%利用新技术有选择地对现役装备进行现代化改造,已成为武器装备发展的重要途径之一.论文研究了现役装备改造效费评价问题,从改造决策的影响因素出发,构建了评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法建立了评价模型,并通过实例应用分析,验证了该模型的合理性.
