整体就读经历视角下的美国高校学生宿舍教育方案研究--以康奈尔大学生活学习社区为例

         

摘要

美国的高校从学生整体就读经历的角度,普遍把住宿与学习结合起来,成立生活学习社区,设计宿舍教育方案,有意识地把宿舍改造成育人的场所,赋予宿舍提升学生学习成果与促进学生全面发展的教育功能。宿舍教育方案一般包括主题、课程、系列活动、教师、专业的宿舍事务人员等要素。借鉴美国的经验,我国大学宿舍应从管理功能向教育功能转变,建立发展性宿舍教育方案。%From the perspective of students' overall study experience, American colleges and universities combine the accommodation and learning, establish living and learning community, design the residential education plan, transform the dormitory into an educational place consciously, and endow the dormitory with the educational functions of improving students' learning achievement and promoting students' all-round development. The residential education plan generally includes subject, curriculum, a series of activities, teachers, and professional personnel for dormitory affairs, and so on. Based on the experience of the United States, the university dormitories in our country should realize the transformation from management function to educational function, and establish the developmental plan of residential education.
