社会旅游：研究述评、欧洲经验与中国启示

摘要

In Manila declaration,travel and leisure is granted as basic human right .It confirms the positive social and personal effectiveness of tourism.Social tourism,as one of the important measures to realize people's basic tourism right,has got more at-tention from society.Firstly,we try to analyze the concept and connotation of social tourism through literature research and case study.Secondly,based on European social tourism status quo,we try to discuss the model of European social.Lastly,according to the basic situation of tourism in China,free and discounted scenic spot and travel voucher are the most common form of social tourism.Based on the problems in our social tourism,we try to give some recommendations.%1980年马尼拉宣言将旅游作为人们的基本权利，充分肯定了旅游对社会以及个人的效用。社会旅游作为实现人们基本旅游权利的重要措施和途径，越来越受到社会各界的重视。首先对社会旅游的概念和内涵进行了剖析，进而对国内外社会旅游方面的研究进行了回顾和总结，然后以欧洲社会旅游实践为基础，探讨了欧洲社会旅游的发展模式，并对中国旅游消费券和免费折扣景区等具有社会旅游特征的实践进行了概述，最后在总结中国社会旅游发展问题的基础上，提出了相应的对策和建议。
