ZnO纳米颗粒的溶剂热法合成及其DSSCs光电性能∗

         

摘要

In this paper,the precursors of ZnO nano-particle were synthesized by solvothermal method from zinc acetate in amyl alcohol. Then ZnO nano-particle were obtained by the dehydration of the precursors at 350℃ for 2 h. The influences of solvent on the component and morphology were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD)was employed to characterize the phase and structure of the samples,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used for observation of the morphology and size of the samples. And the ZnO nano-particle was used for pho-toanode applied in DSSCs. An electrochemical analyzer was employed to measure the photoelectric properties of the samples which under AM 1. 5 simulated sunlight(100mW/cm2). DSSCs based on ZnO nano-particle exhibited an Voc(open circuit potential)of 554mV,Jsc(short circuit current density)of 2. 309mA/cm2,FF(fill factor)of 54. 3%and η( light conversion efficiency) of 0. 924%.%以乙酸锌为锌源、戊醇为溶剂的简单溶剂热法合成了ZnO结构前驱体,前驱体于350℃下煅烧2 h得到ZnO纳米颗粒结构。探讨了戊醇和水的比例对产物形貌以及光电性能的影响。用X-射线衍射仪( XRD)及扫描电子显微电镜( SEM)对其结构和形貌进行表征,并以ZnO纳米颗粒作为光电池阳极材料,经N719光敏化剂敏化,与自制的Pt对电极组装成电池器件,在模拟太阳光(100mW/cm2)的照射下,所组装的DSSC太阳能电池的开路电压为737mV;短路电流密度为2.309mA/cm2;填充因子为54.3%;光电转化效率为0.924%。
