陕西农村贫困问题研究

摘要

cqvip:The paper first measures the poverty line by three methods;then,using quati-tative and qualitative methods,analyses the issues such as characteristics and mobil-ity of poverty population,poverty households and poverty counties;finally,put for-ward the targets and the strategical measures of poverty-assistance in rural areasof Saanxi province in the Ninth-Five-Years period.
