cqvip:In this article,authors develop an indicator system to appraise the social|economic development status of cities in Jiangsu Province.Based on economic theory and muti|variate statistical analysis,they make factor analysis and cluster testing to social|economic development status of 13 large|medium sized cities in Jiangsu,then research the pattern of the development,and the way led to balanced development.
