After analyzing the characteristic of inaternational industry transfer, By the data Cince in the past 1985, The pape analyse the state of intra-industry trade in China and use the Cointegration and Error correction models to reveal that intra-industy trade affect development of China's industry and act on the new developmental road of China' s industriatization.
