采用社会学分层随机抽样方法,对我国普通高校足球场地设施供给情况进行研究.主要结论:全国近五分之一高校足球场地零供给、高校足球场地设施校际供给量不均衡、标准化供给不太充分、多样化供给不平衡不充分等问题,直接影响我国高校足球场地设施供给质量提升乃至足球强国梦的实现.建议:坚持优质供给理念,平衡足球场地资源;PPP模式投融资助推足球场地设施供给;平面拓展或立体延深式供给足球场地设施;建构终身监控机制,确保足球场地供给质量.%The supply situations of campus football fields and facilities in China are studied by sociological stratified random sampling methods. Main conclusions: nearly one-fifth of the universities and colleges have the problems of campus football fields and facilities of zero supply, unbalanced amount supply, unsufficient standardized supply, unbalanced and unsufficient diversified supply, which directly influence the promotion of quality of campus football fields and facilities and the realization of dream of soccer power nation. Suggestion: adhere to the quality supply concepts to balance the resources of football fields and facilities resource; employ the PPP mode of investment and financing to promote the supply; plane expanding or stereoscopic deepening the supply; ensure the quality supply by constructing and implementing the lifelong monitoring mechanism.
