二苯基二甲氧基硅烷的合成工艺研究

             

摘要

The synthetic technique of diphenyl dimethoxy silane was improved. Methanol is not only used as reagent but also as solvent and absorbent for acid. The quality and yield of diphenyl dimethoxy silane were increased under the optimized reaction conditions, in which the first reaction were carried out at room temperature and equal molar reactants,and the second one at reaction time 1.5 h, temperature -3 ℃, n(CH3OH)∶n[(C6H5)2SiCl2]=2.8∶1, the purity of the product is 96%, the yield is higher than 90%.%对二苯基二甲氧基硅烷的合成工艺进行了改进,原料甲醇既作反应物,又可作反应溶剂和酸吸收剂,提高了二苯基二甲氧基硅烷的质量和产率。最佳工艺条件:第一步反应为室温等摩尔反应;第二步反应时间1.5 h,反应温度-3 ℃,n(CH3OH)∶n[(C6H5)2SiCl2]=2.8∶1,产品的纯度为96%,产率大于90%。
