N-(3-氨基4-氯代)苯甲酰2甲基5氯代苯胺的合成

摘要

以4氯甲苯为初始原料,经氧化、硝化、缩合、还原反应,制成有机颜料中间体N-(3-氨基4-氯代)苯甲酰2甲基5氯代苯胺。氧化温度为60～100 ℃时,产物收率91.0%,硝化温度为50～65 ℃时,一硝化物收率约90%,产品总收率为70.1%。%Using 4chlorotoluene as raw meaterial,an organic pigment intermidiate N-(3-amino4-chloro)benzoyl2methyl5chloroaniline was synthesized by oxidation, nitration,condensation,reduction. Some parameters were discussed. The total yield is 70.1%.
