采出液配制二元复合体系可行性实验研究

     

摘要

辽河油区锦16块实施二元复合驱时,产生大量采出液,同时要向油层注入大量水以保持油层压力.通过室内驱替实验模拟该区块实施复合驱后二元体系的采出液,测定采出液配制二元复合体系的界面张力、黏度稳定性及流变性,研究采出液配制二元复合体系的可行性.结果表明:不同注入阶段采出液配制的二元复合体系所需的聚合物用量均比深部处理污水配制相同黏度的聚合物干粉用量少;采出液配制的二元复合体系界面张力可达10-3mN/m;采出液配制的二元复合体系的黏度具有较好的稳定性;采出液配制的二元复合体系具有较好的黏弹性.因此,采出液配制二元复合体系是可行的.%A huge amount of fluids is produced during surfactant/polymer flooding in the Jinl6 block of Liaohe oilfield; meanwhile it is required to inject water into the reservoir to maintain reservoir pressure. Bench scale displacement test has been carried out to simulate the produced fluids after surfactant/polymer flooding for this block, to measure the interfacial tension, viscosity stability and rheological property of surfactant/polymer system prepared with produced fluid, and to study the feasibility of the prepared system. The results indicate that the polymer amount used for preparing surfactant/polymer system with produced fluid is always less than that used for preparing the system of same viscosity with treated produced waste water. The surfactant/polymer system prepared with produced fluid has interfacial tension up to 10~3mN/m and has good viscosity stability and viscoelasticity, therefore it is feasible to prepare surfactant/polymer system with produced fluid.
