三七种子总RNA提取方法的比较

摘要

The studies were applied to extract the high-quality RNA from Panax notoginseng seeds. Four RNA extraction methods (CTAB, RNA extraction Kit of TIANGEN, Trizol and the modified Trizol) were compared in the studies. The results showed that RNA isolated by the modified Trizol method was of good-purity, high concentration, no DNA contamination, low cost and simple manipulation. The quality can meet the demands of the subsequent molecular experiments such as gene cloning, cDNA library construction and gene expression.%从三七种子中提取高质量的RNA.采用CTAB法、天根试剂金法、普通Trizol法、改良Trizol法对三七种子总RNA进行提取比较.结果表明,改良Trizol法提取的三七种子RNA纯度好、浓度高、无DNA污染,且成本低廉、操作简单,质量符合后续的基因克隆、cDNA文库构建、基因表达等分子生物学研究的要求.
